For UK orders, goods will normally be despatched within 24 hours and should arrive within 2-3 days. Hand Wipes and Baby Wipes are delivered by Courier and usually arrive the next working day.
All orders will be subject to a £3.40 Delivery Charge. Hand Wipes will be subject to a £10.00 delivery charge. Orders over £250 will be delivered Free of Charge.
We are unable to accept International Orders via our web site. If you would like to place an order and you live outside the United Kingdom, please contact us for pricing.
We hope that you will be delighted with your mywipe products. If, for some reason, you are not, you are welcome to return the goods if they are unopened and in their original packaging for exchange or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you wish to return any items to mywipe please wrap your item/s safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to us (please note mywipe is unable to accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit).
