For UK mainland orders, goods will normally be despatched within 24 hours and should arrive within 2-3 days. Orders over £250 will be delivered Free of Charge.
Small items which are packed 16-20 wipes per pack such as Glasses Wipes, Screen Wipes, Plaster Wipes, Insect Repellent & Phone Wipes be subject to £3.90 + VAT delivery charge.
Larger products sold in bulk over 500 wipes per pack such as Hand Wipes, Alcohol Wipes, Individual Baby Wipes, Antibacterial Multipurpose Wipes, Shampoo and Shaving Cream Sachets are subject to £10.00 + VAT delivery charge. These items are delivered by Courier and usually arrive the next working day.
Orders outside UK Mainland and those in Inverness will be subject to a Delivery Surcharge based on weight. This effects Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and Inverness. A delivery surcharge is calculated based on weight. For orders over £250.00 a Flat Rate discounted carriage charge of £19.50 will be applied.
We are unable to accept Channel Island & International Orders via our web site. If you would like to place an order and you live in the Channel Islands or outside the United Kingdom, please contact us for pricing.
We hope that you will be delighted with your mywipe products. If, for some reason, you are not, you are welcome to return the goods if they are unopened and in their original packaging for exchange or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you wish to return any items to mywipe please wrap your item/s safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to us (please note mywipe is unable to accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit).
