These individually wrapped Sat Nav cleaning wipes contain an impregnated tissue wet wipe to remove suction pad marks left by portable GPS units, therefore reducing the risk of theft. They can also be used to clean the unit and inbuilt satellite navigation screens for a smear, free clean finish.
Satellite Navigation Systems account for a high proportion of thefts from vehicles and the police are urging motorists to be extra cautious with their vehicles and their contents by reminding motorists to never leave anything on display. Most criminals are opportunists - they take what they can see. By removing the suction pad marks the chances are thieves will not be aware of the presence of Sat Nav equipment.
